Are you or someone you support feeling frustrated about...

Finding a communication method that works in your daily life?

Accessing opportunities at work, school, university, or volunteering?

Explaining your access needs to your friend, supervisor, or doctor?

Communication is a basic human right

Shadia Hancock, Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP).

We all deserve access to means of effectively expressing our ideas, to understand others, and to form authentic connections. I recognise that Autistic children become Autistic teenagers and adults. This comes with lots of changes and transitions, including daily interactions, study, relationships, and employment.

I am passionate about supporting Autistic adolescents, adults, and their allies to identify and implement personalised communication strategies, to self-advocate for inclusion and understanding, and to feel empowered and autonomous when interacting with others.
