Assessment and report packages

Core assessment + review

  • ​For when you would like to review your communication strengths, areas of need, and whether you would benefit from additional strategies and supports.

​

Includes:

  • 1 - 1.5 hour assessment session, focusing on identified communication priorities 

  • Telehealth or in-person

  • 30 min - 1 hour results and review session and/or the provision of a written summary.​​

Comprehensive assessment + report

  • For when you need a comprehensive assessment and written report outlining your communication skills, support requirements, and recommendations for further supports and strategies.

  • Suitable for sharing with workplaces, education providers, health professionals, and funding bodies.

​

Includes:

  • ​1-2 assessment sessions (60-90 minutes each)

  • Telehealth or in-person

  • Written report with recommendations (e.g., therapy, reasonable and necessary adjustments, resources, community supports). 

Progress report package

  • For when you need a report documenting your progress made during our therapy sessions and recommendations for ongoing communication supports. 

  • Suitable for review reports for funding bodies.​

Includes:

  • A written report outlining your communication skills, goals, progress, and recommendations.

Therapy packages

Interact with confidence
1:1 social communication sessions
  • For when we have completed the initial assessment and identified therapy goals.

  • For Autistic teens and adults wanting to develop skills related to Autistic identity, self-advocacy, social connections, workplace communication, and addressing communication breakdowns.

Includes: â€‹

  • 8-12 one-to-one therapy sessions (45 minutes each) to work on key communication goals and priorities*

  • ​Telehealth and/or in-person sessions

  • Home practice resources between sessions 

Multimodal communication discovery sessions

  • For when we have completed the initial assessment and identified therapy goals.

  • For Autistic teens and adults who are unable to use oral speech alone to be heard and understood, to find an effective multimodal communication system to meet daily needs.

Includes:

  • 6-8 direct and/or hybrid therapy sessions (45 minutes each) to complete assistive technology (AT) trials, monitor progress, and work on communication goals and priorities*

  • Telehealth and/or in-person sessions

  • Communication templates for real-world situations

  • Home practice resources between sessions

  • Long-term maintenance planning.

Communicate your way
1:1 multimodal communication sessions

  • For when you already have a multimodal communication system that works for you and want to expand your communication skills.   

​

Includes:

  • ​A 1-hour initial consultation session to identify therapy goals and review current multimodal communication system(s) used 

  • 8-12 direct and/or hybrid therapy sessions (45 minutes each) to work on key communication goals and priorities*

  • Telehealth and/or in-person sessions

  • Communication templates for real-world situations

  • Home practice resources between sessions

  • Long-term maintenance planning.

* The number and frequency of sessions will vary depending on your communication goals, support needs, and funding availability.

Group packages and training programs

For the teens
Autistic-led social group

  • For Autistic adolescents aged 12 - 17 inclusive who want to connect with like-minded people and explore topics related to self-advocacy, education, friendship, and group dynamics

  • Minimum three and maximum six participants.

​

Includes:

  • An initial 1-hour joint goal-setting and planning session to establish group goals and expectations

  • 5 monthly peer group sessions (60 minutes each) to discuss skills and strategies, and engage in joint problem-solving, review, and reflection

  • Telehealth sessions 

  • Semi-structured sessions with clinician input 

  • Home practice resources and templates between sessions.

For the adults
Autistic-led social group
  • For Autistic adults aged 18+ who want to connect with like-minded people and discuss topics related to self-advocacy, workplace communication, and social connections

  • Minimum three and maximum six participants.

Includes: 

  • An initial 1-hour joint goal-setting and planning session to establish group goals and expectations

  • 5 monthly peer group sessions (60 minutes each) to discuss skills and strategies, and engage in joint problem-solving, review, and reflection

  • Telehealth sessions 

  • Semi-structured sessions with clinician input

For the allies
Whole team training

  • A coaching and training program for family members, carers, and multidisciplinary care team members wanting to increase their skills and confidence in implementing communication strategies.

​

Includes:

  • A 1-1.5 h initial consultation session to identify goals for training â€‹

  • 6-8 coaching and training sessions (45 minutes each) to work on key training goals 

  • Telehealth and/or in-person sessions

  • ​Home practice resources between sessions.

Professional consultation services

1:1 coaching/mentoring/

supervision support

  • For allied health professionals, education staff, and supervisors who want to learn more about adapting therapeutic approaches, supporting Autistic staff members, and applying the principles of neurodiversity-affirming practice to support Autistic teens and adults.

Includes: ​

  • 1 - 1.5 hour sessions (frequency flexible depending on your goals)

  • Videoconference and/or in-person sessions

  • Personalised recommendations and guidance based on the practice context, caseload, and presenting communication issue(s) 

  • Written and video-based resources, templates, and information handouts.

Professional development services

  • For employers, education institutions, allied health providers, and community organisations wanting training on supporting Autistic teens and adults.

Includes: â€‹

  • A 30-minute online introductory meeting to identify key priorities for training

  • 1 - 1.5 professional development sessions on requested topics 

  • Online and/or in-person sessions (minimum 15 attendees required for face-to-face)

  • Optional 30-minute follow-up Q&A session

  • Written resources and information handouts. 

Communication resource development

  • Personalised resource development to support Autistic teens and adults with language, social communication, fluency, and multimodal communication goals

  • Suitable for Autistic individuals, family members, and allied health professionals.

Includes: â€‹

  • A 30-minute initial meeting to discuss goals, previous supports trialled, and considerations to improve its relevance for you

  • Creation of a written, visual, or video-based resource depending on your goals

  • Recommendations and instructions on how to use the resource

  • ​Telehealth and/or non-face-to-face

  • Ongoing review and adaptation.
